**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. **Key Responsibilities**

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* **Inputting eligibility data and updating member records** in various technology platforms, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* **Terminating member records** in eligibility programs in various technology platforms, following established procedures and protocols.
* **Processing annual enrollment changes** for assigned groups, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
* **Assigning member UID's**, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
* **Reviewing and auditing** Eligibility, PBM, FSA, and COBRA transaction and maintenance reports daily, identifying errors and discrepancies.
* **Reviewing eligibility audit reports** and determining if member updates are required, taking proactive steps to resolve issues.
* **Identifying transaction-related processing errors**, escalating issues to management as needed.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* **High School diploma or equivalent**, with a bachelor's degree highly preferred.
* **Data entry experience**, with a strong understanding of data entry principles and best practices.
* **Intermediate Excel skills**, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets.
* **Strong communication skills**, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
* **Attention to detail**, with a focus on accuracy and precision in all aspects of data entry.

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

* **Experience working in a fast-paced environment**, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
* **Knowledge of data entry software and systems**, with the ability to learn and master new tools and technologies.
