As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. This is a remote opportunity, with the option to work from home after completing an 8-week training period.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Research and respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
* Enter data accurately and efficiently using Microsoft Office Suite
* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their patients
* Collaborate with our team to ensure that all data is accurately entered and that our clients receive exceptional service
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all company policies and procedures
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment
* Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
* Data entry and/or typing experience
* Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
* Detail-oriented
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree
* 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment
* 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
* Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
