**Job Summary**

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all inquiries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. This is a remote opportunity, and you will be required to work from home for 2 weeks at a time, with 1 week spent in our office.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Research and respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all inquiries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
* Work closely with our team to ensure that all inquiries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inquiries and responses
* Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to ensure that you are up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment
* Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
* Data entry and/or typing experience
* Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
* Experience with Microsoft suite
* Detail-oriented

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree
* 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment
* 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
* Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Detail-oriented and organized
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm)

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you will be compensated at a rate of $17.50 per hour.
