**Key Responsibilities:**

* Search databases as needed to retrieve information and update records
* Review intake forms for completeness and update data systems with changes
* Collaborate with the Healthcare Admin Jobs Data and Compliance Coordinator for systems evaluation and implementation
* Perform other duties as assigned by management
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
* Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and database management systems
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a non-profit or healthcare setting
* Familiarity with Case Worthy, CDS, and other proprietary software
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
**Skills and Competencies:**
* Strong computer skills, including:
+ 55 wpm typing speed
+ 10-keystrokes per minute data entry speed
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
+ Experience with database management systems
