Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
* Participating in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
* Investigating discrepancies as they arise
* Completing additional projects as assigned
* Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless workflow and high-quality results
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* No prior experience is necessary, but data entry experience is a plus
* A high school diploma or GED is required
* The ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
* Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
* Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
* The ability to type at least 60 words per minute
