Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely release of accurate information to our diverse clients, including product manufacturers, physicians, patients, and internal customers. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain effective systems, log information into our database, and triage program-specific mail to the appropriate reimbursement case advocate, reimbursement specialist, and/or management team. Key Responsibilities Maintain effective systems to support the timely release of accurate information to diverse clients Responsible for the intake of all program-specific correspondence, including mail and inbound faxed documents Log information into the appropriate database and triage all program-specific mail to the appropriate reimbursement case advocate, reimbursement specialist, and/or management team Conduct payer research and manage territory assignments Assist with inbound call volume as received Distribute reports daily, disseminating information to appropriate distribution vendors, reimbursement case advocates, reimbursement specialists, and/or management team Maintain and promote a positive and professional working relationship with associates and management Comply with all appropriate program policies and procedures Work on problems of moderate scope, analyzing data and exercising judgment within defined standard operating procedures to determine appropriate action Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: At least 1+ years of professional work experience in a customer service or healthcare environment Strong computer application skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management systems Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy and quality in your work Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to adjust to new situations and priorities Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or virtual environment Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement processes and procedures Knowledge of medical terminology and coding systems Certification in data entry or a related field Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you should possess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines A strong commitment to quality and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results Career Growth and Development Develop your skills and knowledge in data entry, healthcare reimbursement, and customer service Take on additional responsibilities and contribute to special projects and initiatives Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to achieve common goals and objectives Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge Work Environment and Company Culture CareMetx is a dynamic and fast-paced organization that values innovation, integrity, and teamwork.
