* Proficiency in using data entry software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Access, or similar)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
