You'll work remotely from the comfort of your own home, using our internal systems and email to review and file legal documents. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm PST, with opportunities for career growth and professional development.

**Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, your key responsibilities will include:
* Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
* Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of industry and process
* Investigating discrepancies as they arise
* Completing additional projects as assigned
* Collaborating with our process servers teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of documentation
**Qualifications**
We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about data entry and quality control. If you have:
* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
* A high school diploma or GED required
* The ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
* Exceptional attention to detail
* A desire and ability to be a team player
* Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
* The ability to type 40-50 WPM or more
