**The Role**

* Utilizing pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and manage inventory
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
* Collaborating with pharmacists and other team members to resolve issues and improve processes
* Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
**Key Responsibilities**
* Accurately and efficiently process data, ensuring the integrity of our systems
* Collaborate with pharmacists and other team members to resolve issues and improve processes
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
* Previous experience in retail or healthcare environments, preferably with careerzynith
* Strong math skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
* Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and pharmacy systems
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Six months of experience in a retail or healthcare environment
* Previous work experience with careerzynith
* % certification or willingness to obtain certification
* Knowledge of store inventory management and pharmacy systems
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
