**Job Overview**
As a Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This is a full-time, remote position located in the United States, and you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
* Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
* Investigate discrepancies as they arise
* Complete additional projects as assigned
* Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless production process
**Qualifications**
* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
* High school diploma or GED required
* Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Desire and ability to be a team player
* Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
* Type 40 - 50 plus WPM
