**Job Overview**
As a Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This is a full-time, remote position located in Puerto Rico, offering a unique opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the success of our organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
* Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
* Investigate discrepancies as they arise
* Complete additional projects as assigned
* Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow
**Qualifications**
* High school diploma or GED required
* Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Desire and ability to be a team player
* Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
* Type 60 plus WPM
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Familiarity with industry-specific software and systems
* Basic knowledge of legal documents and procedures
