**Job Overview**
As an e-File Specialist at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our online platforms and tools. You'll work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues, and meet common goals. This is a remote opportunity, but you must be located in one of the following states: Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, North Dakota, Kentucky, Alabama, Florida, Oklahoma, Michigan, North Carolina, or South Carolina.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
* Participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
* Investigate discrepancies as they arise
* Complete additional projects as assigned
* Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to achieve common goals
* Utilize your technical skills to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
**Qualifications**
* No experience necessary; data entry experience is a plus
* Tech experience is strongly preferred
* Must be able to read, write, and speak English
* High school diploma or GED required
* Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Desire and ability to be a team player
* Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
* Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
