**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing patient and drug information, managing prescription data, and performing various administrative tasks to support the pharmacy department. **Key Responsibilities**
* Utilize pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and manage inventory

* Perform various administrative tasks, including handling phone calls, processing claims, and maintaining accurate records
* Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences

* Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 6 months of experience in a retail or healthcare setting; pharmacy experience a plus
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in computer software and systems, including Microsoft Office and pharmacy management systems
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
