**Key Responsibilities**

* Receiving, collecting, reviewing, and entering data into our computer system or tracking database with accuracy and attention to detail
* Verifying the completeness and accuracy of all data recorded, ensuring that information is up-to-date and reliable
* Providing basic reports and serving as a resource for other staff members, offering guidance and support as needed
* Performing routine office/lab duties, such as answering phones and maintaining supplies
* Maintaining logs of activities and completed work, filing completed documents in appropriate locations or distributing them
* Creating or modifying databases according to the needs of the department
* Providing direction or assistance to users of information regarding data requirements and status of paperwork
* Training other data entry employees and performing other related duties as assigned
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School diploma or GED; an Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree is preferred
* At least two years of experience in data entry or a related field
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
