**Key Responsibilities:**

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

* **Data Entry:** Accurately collect, review, and enter data into our computer system or tracking database, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all information.
* **Data Integrity:** Perform data integrity tasks by locating and correcting data entry errors, or reporting them to supervisors to ensure the highest level of data quality.
* **Document Management:** Scan or upload documents, maintain logs of activities and completed work, and file completed documents in appropriate locations or distribute them as needed.
* **Reporting:** Provide data lists, spreadsheets, and reports to support the needs of our team and stakeholders.
* **Database Management:** Create or modify databases according to the needs of the department, ensuring seamless data management and retrieval.
* **Training and Support:** Provide direction or assistance to users of information regarding data requirements and status of paperwork, and train other data entry employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

* **Education:** High School diploma or GED required; Associates degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
* **Experience:** Two years of experience in data entry or a related field.
* **Skills:** Excellent data entry skills, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* **Software:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with database management systems.
