You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to develop reporting and analytic solutions, and work closely with software developers to design and implement software solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet business needs. * Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients. * Design and develop packages for internal clients. * Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, ensure data integrity and suitability, and determine data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods. * Translate data into actionable insights through reporting solutions. * Troubleshoot technical issues. * Present analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders. **Required Qualifications:** * 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following: + Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications + Experience with reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) + Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript + Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL + Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad) * Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.) * Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle * Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL * Crystal Reporting experience preferred **Required Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience **Responsibilities:** * Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages. * Collaborate with software developers to design and implement software solutions. * Develop and maintain complex queries, reports, and data analysis to meet business needs. * Present analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders. **Senior Analyst, Informatics:** * Bachelor's degree * Qualifications: + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Excellent communication and presentation skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **Job Benefits:** * arenaflex offers a comprehensive range of medical, dental, and vision benefits. * Eligible employees can also participate in the company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees. * arenaflex provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long-term disability benefits. * CVS Health also offers various wellness programs, training assistance, free development courses, a CVS store discount, and discount programs with collaborating partners. * arenaflex personnel experience Paid Time Off (PTO) or vacation pay, as well as paid vacations during the calendar year.
