You will work closely with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. This is a remote opportunity, but you must be located in the United States. **Key Responsibilities** * Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email * Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process * Investigate discrepancies as they arise * Complete additional projects as assigned * Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to meet project goals and resolve issues **Qualifications** * No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus * Tech experience is strongly preferred * Must be able to read, write, and speak English * High school diploma or GED required * Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy * Exceptional attention to detail * Desire and ability to be a team player * Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office * Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe that our employees are our greatest asset.
