**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth by:
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders and teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages that meet business needs
* Developing, validating, and executing complex queries, creating intricate reports, and performing advanced data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients
* Designing and developing packages for internal clients, ensuring data integrity and suitability
* Evaluating data needs of assigned projects, determining data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
* Transforming data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
* Troubleshooting technical issues and presenting evaluation and reviews to internal clients and stakeholders
**Required Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 2-4+ years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in:
+ Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.)
+ Excel, Visual Basic for Applications
+ Reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS)
+ Development Programming Languages – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript
+ Development Database Languages – Transact SQL
+ Database Knowledge – MS SQL Server
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, experience with the following would be a plus:
* Reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
* Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
* Database Knowledge – Hadoop, Oracle
* Development Database Languages – Oracle PLSQL
* Crystal Reporting experience
