**Job Summary**
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and analyzing large datasets to inform business decisions and drive process improvements. **Key Responsibilities**
* Execute models, create tools, and develop algorithms to optimize processes related to HCB's case environment
* Identify and measure opportunities for analysis to improve efficiency and increase automation in claim settlement and modification
* Create, validate, and execute algorithms and predictive models to research issues, identify patterns, and suggest solutions
* Investigate, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data in various formats
* Perform analyses of structured and unstructured data to address reasonably complex business issues
* Utilize advanced statistical procedures and numerical analyses
* Develop data pipelines and designs to integrate, collect, and normalize data that produces insights and addresses reporting needs
* Use data visualization methods to communicate analytical findings and support business decisions
* Develop and assess data needs for assigned projects and ensure data integrity
* Investigate existing data and suggest additional sources of data for enhancements
**Required Capabilities**
* 2+ years of significant scientific experience
* Experience programming using R or Python
* Experience in SQL
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
