**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our data management team, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and transacting data for basic to complex data transactions. You'll work closely with other departments to ensure that our members receive high-quality Provider data, and contribute to the success of our projects, expansions, and new product introductions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide operational support and maintain data for basic to complex data transactions
* Clean and update data in connection with projects, expansions, and the introduction of new products
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure high-quality Provider data for our members
* Work with multiple databases and applications, including Microsoft Office and EPDB (if applicable)
* Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to support business decisions
* Identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors
* Participate in data quality initiatives and process improvements
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders
**Essential Qualifications**
* A minimum of one year's experience managing multiple databases
* More than a decade of experience in provider data maintenance (if applicable)
* Excel proficiency and experience with data analysis and reporting
* Demonstrated capacity to function in a production setting
* Proficient in the applications of Microsoft Office
* A track record of success that prioritizes work and demonstrates a commitment to excellence
* Successful collaboration with others to meet or exceed expectations
* Knowledge of writing and speaking in a clear and concise manner
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with EPDB or Provider Data of at least one year
* Associate's degree or work experience that is comparable
**Skills and Competencies**
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
