As a remote data entry specialist, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere and enjoy a work-life balance that suits your needs. **Key Responsibilities** As a remote data entry specialist with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business objectives by: * Collaborating with internal stakeholders and teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages that meet business needs * Developing, validating, and executing complex queries, developing complex reports, and performing complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients * Designing and developing packages for internal clients * Evaluating data needs of assigned projects, ensuring data integrity and suitability, and determining data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods * Transforming data into actionable insights through reporting solutions * Troubleshooting technical issues * Presenting analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following areas: + Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications + Experience with reporting platforms – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) + Development programming languages/knowledge/experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript + Development database languages/knowledge/experience – Transact SQL + Database knowledge/experience – MS SQL Server * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Experience with reporting platforms – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad) * Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.) * Database knowledge/experience – Hadoop, Oracle * Development database languages/knowledge/experience – Oracle PLSQL * Crystal Reporting experience preferred **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
