**Requirements**
* Computer literacy, intermediate functioning skill level is minimum requirement
* Diligent work values, information-oriented, and self-motivated
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate with all levels of internal and external clients

**Essential Qualifications**
