**Job Summary:**

You'll be responsible for resolving discrepancies, correcting records, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality results. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Review and analyze eligibility records to ensure accuracy and consistency with Aetna enrollment package records
* Resolve discrepancies and errors in shared mailboxes and work queues, working with multiple regions and stakeholders
* Reconcile eligibility records among systems, identifying and resolving errors and inconsistencies
* Monitor and track records, ensuring timely and accurate updates
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver high-quality results
* Develop and maintain knowledge of careerzynith's systems, policies, and procedures
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, analysis, and record-keeping
* Strong understanding of healthcare industry practices and regulations
* Excellent verbal, written, and problem-solving communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
* High School Diploma or equivalent
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a healthcare setting or with healthcare-related data
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
