**Key Responsibilities:**
* Review and correct eligibility records to ensure accuracy and consistency with enrollment package records
* Resolve issues from various regions, including shared mailboxes and work queues
* Analyze and reconcile eligibility records among systems to identify discrepancies
* Monitor and track records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve problems and improve processes
* Develop and maintain knowledge of careerzynith's healthcare data management systems and processes
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1-2 years of experience in data analysis and entry, preferably in a healthcare setting
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
* High School Diploma or equivalent
