Key Responsibilities
Analyze documents to identify relevant data and enter it into our FACIS database with precision and accuracy
Conduct additional research as necessary to ensure data accuracy, including contacting data authorities for guidance on document interpretation
Communicate clearly and effectively with management, peers, and stakeholders on processes and data acquisition/transformation
Articulate data transformation processes in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned
Takes on additional periodical and/or ad-hoc projects/tasks as necessary, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Work independently with minimal oversight, using self-motivation and discipline to meet quality and efficiency benchmarks
Utilize provided resources to answer questions and resolve issues, seeking assistance only when necessary
Complete items within the Data Entry queue in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded
Essential Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Must be at least 18 years of age
Willingness and ability to take ownership and initiative on tasks and projects
Ability to work as part of a team to provide on-time results, demonstrating a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office products
