**Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, your key responsibilities will include:
* Recording, reporting, and ensuring the accurate input of multiple types of data into the proper database cells
* Entering information in a work order and document control system, as well as completing manual forms as needed
* Possessing a thorough understanding of the document control and record files
* Receiving and processing incoming and outgoing materials
* Transferring confidential records and documents from one software program to another
* Utilizing photocopying and scanning equipment as needed
* Demonstrating excellent communication skills and working effectively in a team environment
* Staying on timeline and understanding deadlines
* Coordinating activities with plant supervisors, maintenance personnel, and other stakeholders to optimize database performance
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Previous experience in data entry or a related field is preferred
* The ability to read and write effective reports and business correspondence using standard Microsoft Office products
* The ability to lift 50 pounds, move around production areas, and climb ladders or platforms while wearing safety and production-related equipment
* Previous experience operating computers and using database technology
