**Job Overview**
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing operations. You'll work closely with our team to review and file legal documents using our internal systems and email. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. We're looking for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our team's success.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
* Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
* Investigate discrepancies as they arise
* Complete additional projects as assigned
* Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to meet common goals and resolve issues
* Maintain accurate records and reports as required
**Qualifications**
* High school diploma or GED required
* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
* Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Desire and ability to be a team player
* Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
* Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting
