You'll work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and technical proficiency. **Key Responsibilities** * Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email * Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process * Investigate discrepancies as they arise * Complete additional projects as assigned * Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to meet common goals * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports * Perform other duties as assigned by management **Qualifications** * No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus * Tech experience is strongly preferred * Must be able to read, write, and speak English * High school diploma or GED required * Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy * Exceptional attention to detail * Desire and ability to be a team player * Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office * Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
