**Key Responsibilities**
* Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform business decisions and drive growth
* Develop and implement data quality standards and management strategies to ensure accurate and reliable data
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution improvement and flexibility of data plans and design strategies
* Ensure that the design stage fully supports the needs of the broader analytics engineering team
* Support external partnerships and collaborations on data projects
* Oversee the execution of data projects and ensure timely delivery of results
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution
* 2+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field in a private, public, government, or military setting
* Strong understanding of data analysis concepts, statistical analysis, and data visualization
* Experience with data management tools such as IICS, Wind current, Oozie, or DBt for workflow management
* Familiarity with big data technologies and distributed computing systems
* Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work with large and complex datasets
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and partners
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree or higher in a related field
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
* Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
* Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools
* Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and services
