**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced data entry specialist to join our remote team as an administrative assistant. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for collecting and analyzing data, providing administrative support, and contributing to the growth and success of careerzynith. This is a part-time, remote position that offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to work from anywhere and at times that suit your schedule.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Collect and analyze data from various sources, including online surveys, focus groups, and product testing
* Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and communication with clients and stakeholders
* Contribute to the development of reports, presentations, and other materials to support business decisions
* Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including data entry, filing, and document management
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

**Requirements**

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Current USA resident
* Ability to speak, read, and understand English; Spanish language skills a plus
* Ability to focus and follow through on tasks and projects
* Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
* Microsoft Word or Excel skills helpful but not mandatory
* Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
* Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support helpful but not mandatory

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience with data entry software and tools
* Familiarity with online survey and focus group platforms
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
