- Log real-time data for all tasks completed throughout the day
- Assist Account Managers by reviewing open shipping requests, except for any HOT requests
- Verify entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
- Update records as necessary to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with the team to resolve data discrepancies and ensure data integrity
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies and procedures
**Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
