**Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Entering data from scanned and/or processed images into the data capture system with high accuracy and efficiency
* Meeting expected hourly production volume goals and maintaining quality levels above minimums set by management
* Increasing speed and difficulty of tasks as expected with training and practice
* Maintaining awareness of and actively participating in the Corporate Compliance Program
* Maintaining a neat and orderly workstation
* Assisting with other projects as assigned by management
* Being prompt and dependable (excellent attendance)
* Being comfortable working in a production environment
* Possessing excellent organization skills
* Demonstrating reliability of task completion and follow-up
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A High School diploma or equivalent
* Excellent data entry skills with a strong attention to detail
* Proficient typing skills (35wpm / 98% accuracy minimum)
* Basic math skills
* Excellent organization skills
* Ability to work in a production environment
* Reliable and dependable with excellent attendance
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* Previous experience in a data entry role
* Familiarity with data capture systems
* Basic computer knowledge
