* Downloading and managing data using Microsoft Excel, with a focus on VLOOKUPs and data analysis
* Ensuring product pricing aligns with applicable tariffs and internal standards to maintain compliance and accuracy
* Communicating clearly and professionally via phone and email with remote teams and customers to provide exceptional customer service
* Supporting general administrative tasks related to pricing operations, such as data entry, reporting, and record-keeping
