* Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates and stay ahead of the competition
* Identifying opportunities for improvement in our current processes and implementing changes to drive efficiency and excellence
* Managing job postings on various job portals and evaluating candidates who apply to them
* Analyzing professional profiles on job portals to identify top talent for our searches
