* Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
* Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve current processes
* Manage job postings on various portals and evaluate candidate applications
* Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches
* Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
**Essential Qualifications**
* Proactivity and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
* Marked attention to detail in daily work, with a focus on accuracy and precision
* 1+ year of previous work experience in a data entry or related role (desired but not required)
