**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team and contribute to our multicultural projects. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting our recruiting efforts, identifying new talent, and analyzing professional profiles. **Key Responsibilities**
* Support the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
* Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our current processes
* Manage job postings on various portals and evaluate candidate applications
* Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches
* Collaborate with our multicultural teams to ensure seamless project execution
**Essential Qualifications**
* Proactivity and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
* Marked attention to detail in daily work, with a focus on accuracy and precision
* 1+ year of previous work experience (a plus, but not required)
* Advanced English language proficiency
