Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a live chat, remote work arrangement. As a key member of our data management team, you'll play a vital role in capturing, processing, and analyzing large datasets to inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, outline, and capture commercial enterprise needs, leveraging Voice of the Customer (VOC) methods to inform data-driven decisions. Designing and building robust data models to support high-quality statistics processing and standardized metric definitions. Developing and implementing data transformation solutions using Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python to deliver innovative insights and ensure data accuracy through rigorous testing. Providing guidance on data competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems. Powering consumer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software program programs, checking out, and building automation tools. Proactively identifying and automating routine tasks to improve efficiency and productivity. Working closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-stop technique. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting skills for data-driven tasks, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience. Energetic collaboration with dating managers/product owners to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups. Prior experience in customer service or data entry roles is preferred. Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need: Excellent typing speed and accuracy. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating online systems.
