**Job Summary**
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for processing high volumes of data accurately and efficiently, using a variety of software applications and equipment. You will work closely with our team to ensure that data is entered correctly, and that any issues or discrepancies are escalated promptly. You will also be responsible for maintaining productivity and quality standards, contributing to team and individual goals, and following operational and security guidelines.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Perform data entry by keying data from scanned images, using a variety of software applications and equipment
* Handle data validation tasks, making routine decisions while escalating complex issues
* Learn new processes and equipment, and adapt to changing requirements
* Maintain productivity and quality standards, contributing to team and individual goals
* Follow operational and security guidelines, and manage physical tasks such as lifting mail trays
* Work collaboratively with the team to ensure that data is entered correctly, and that any issues or discrepancies are escalated promptly
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Accurate alpha-numeric data entry and typing skills at or above 7,000 keystrokes per hour
* Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
* Strong attention to detail, and ability to work accurately and efficiently
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups within the organization

* Previous experience in data entry or a related field
* Knowledge of data entry software applications and equipment
