**Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Healthcare Process Automation and Interoperability Solutions**

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring accurate data management and contributing to our mission. **Responsibilities:** As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Entering data accurately into our QuickClaim system using provided images * Identifying and categorizing document types based on provided documentation * Reviewing and verifying that data entry meets or exceeds quality standards * Maintaining confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations * Collaborating professionally with team members as needed * Suggesting improvements to job processes to enhance efficiency * Completing all assigned tasks for the day and performing additional office duties as required **Hourly Pay and Available Schedule:** * Pay: $12 per hour * Part-time and full-time positions available; full-time is preferred * Minimum of 20 hours per week required * Shifts available between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday **What We're Looking For:** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * A self-motivated and strong work ethic * The ability to multitask and stay focused * High attention to detail and efficiency * A quick learning ability with the capacity to follow instructions * A commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of client data * Proficiency in reading and speaking English * A typing speed of 50 WPM @ 95% accuracy and 4,500 KPH @ 95% accuracy **Why This Could Be the Right Fit for You:** At arenaflex, we offer a supportive and collaborative company culture that values teamwork, humility, and fairness.
