**Key Responsibilities:**
* Review and correct eligibility records to ensure accuracy and consistency with enrollment package records
* Work with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve issues from various regions within the company
* Analyze and resolve discrepancies between systems, including eligibility records and enrollment package records
* Monitor and track records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
* Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve problems and improve processes
* Develop and maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and systems
* Provide excellent customer service and communication to internal and external stakeholders
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1-2 years of experience in data analysis and entry, preferably in the healthcare industry
