As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for researching and responding to telephone and written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. **Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist – Health Insurance – Temporary to Permanent Remote, you'll be responsible for:

* Data entry and/or typing experience
* Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications and skills would be an asset in this role:
* 1 year customer service experience
* 6 months data entry experience in an office environment
* Experience working with various lines of business, i.e., CDHP, Medicare, Wellness, and Disease Management
* Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
