**Job Summary**

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Health Insurance Operations, you will play a critical role in supporting careerzynith's health insurance operations by researching and responding to telephone and written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, data entry, and customer satisfaction. This temporary to permanent remote opportunity offers a unique chance to develop your skills, work with a talented team, and contribute to the success of careerzynith's health insurance operations.

**Responsibilities**

* Research and respond to telephone and written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
* Utilize data entry and typing skills to accurately and efficiently process customer information
* Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction
* Evaluate customer situations, make decisions, and respond quickly to questions
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
* Adhere to careerzynith's policies, procedures, and quality standards

**Key Requirements**

* High School Diploma or GED (education verification not required)
* 1 year customer service experience in a health care or health insurance environment
* Experience evaluating customer situations, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
* Data entry and/or typing experience
* Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills

**Preferred Requirements**

* 1 year customer service experience
* 6 months data entry experience in an office environment
* Experience working with various lines of business, i.e., CDHP, Medicare, Wellness, and Disease Management
* Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy

**Skills and Competencies**

* Strong data entry and typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
* Ability to navigate and utilize various software applications
* Strong organizational and time management skills
