Key Responsibilities Manage data entry operations efficiently in a WFH setting, ensuring accuracy and timely processing during night/day shifts. Participate in the development and ongoing execution of Quality Management (QM) Work Plan exercises, utilizing measurement and analysis to process, evaluate, and make recommendations to meet QM targets. Conduct a variety of on-site clinical and clinical reviews for all lines of business, including AHCCCS, DES, and DCS-CHP. Conduct post-employment surveys with clinical and leadership staff to review audit results and help create remedial action plans. Create audit tools for all populations and track the fulfillment of remedial action plans. Complete data entry on all audit tools and participate in finishing inter-rater reliability and scoring guidelines. Participate in QM meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality management processes. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. At least one year of experience in healthcare or social wellbeing. The ability to travel to provider offices up to 80% of the time. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications can give you a competitive edge: RN or LPN Clinical Record QM Auditing Experience and/or Case Management Experience.
