Key Responsibilities

Research and respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and service delivery
Utilize basic computer skills, including navigation in Outlook, computer general, and toggling, to efficiently manage and process data
Apply data entry and typing skills to accurately and efficiently enter information into computer systems
Demonstrate interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills to resolve issues and respond to questions
Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to ensure effective collaboration and customer service


Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 3 years of provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing experience in a healthcare or health insurance environment
Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
Data entry and/or typing experience
Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Microsoft suite
Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy and quality


Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
5 years of provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing experience
6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
