Job Overview: Data Entry Specialist Role As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This full-time, remote position offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home in Puerto Rico, with a schedule that spans Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities: Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of the industry and process, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices. Investigate discrepancies as they arise, utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively. Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: No prior experience is necessary; however, data entry experience is considered a plus. A high school diploma or GED is required, demonstrating a strong foundation in education. Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy, maintaining focus and attention to detail. Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard. Desire and ability to be a team player, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals. Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Typing speed of 40-50 words per minute or higher, with accuracy and efficiency.
