Key Responsibilities
Key paper applications into the arenaflex database with high accuracy and speed
Maintain acceptable keying speed and accuracy, meeting the required standards
Assist the deposit room with entering checks, stamping checks, scanning, and indexing when needed
Provide support with cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers, and members as required
Collaborate with management to identify and address systematic opportunities and issues
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management
Education and Work Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have:
A High School Diploma; college degree preferred
1-3 years of related experience in data entry or a similar field
Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
