Key Responsibilities Accurately and efficiently enter, update, and maintain data across multiple platforms and systems. Ensure data integrity and consistency by adhering to established data management standards and procedures. Collaborate with various departments to understand and support their data needs. Identify and resolve data discrepancies, reporting any issues to the Data Chief. Maintain organized records and files, both physical and digital. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other data management tools to perform tasks. Communicate effectively with team members through written and verbal means. Essential Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you should possess: Proven experience in data entry or similar roles, demonstrating a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A high school diploma or equivalent.
