About the Role
As an EBO Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting our team by processing a high volume of credit card payments and providing exceptional customer service to patients. You will be working closely with our Support Team Leader, Operations Manager, Coaches, and Customer Service Representatives to ensure seamless operations and deliver outstanding results. Key Responsibilities
Manually post transactions for non-automated client systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Accurately process credit cards and phone checks collected by EBO on a daily basis, utilizing online systems and maintaining a high level of productivity.
Update Excel documents specific to the department, demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting/bookkeeping principles.
Perform various clerical type duties on a regular and as-needed basis, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Collaborate with the Support Team Leader, Operations Manager, Coaches, and Customer Service Representatives to achieve team goals and objectives.
Essential Qualifications
Possess a GED, High School Diploma, or higher degree.
Be familiar and proficient on a personal computer and understand basic Windows-based operating systems.
Demonstrate a high degree of detail-orientation, ability to multi-task, and remain focused while performing repetitive tasks.
Ability to work in a self-directed manner and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the EBO Private Pay process is strongly beneficial, but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience (6 – 12 months) in Accounts Receivable (A/R) or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with a high degree of understanding of basic accounting/bookkeeping principles.
Previous experience in a data entry or customer service role, with a proven track record of accuracy and productivity.
