**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to senior management as needed
* Accurately and efficiently process data, including data entry, data management, and data analysis
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
* Perform various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and completing paperwork

**Essential Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for long periods
