**Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Document Services Team**

We're now the number one transfer agency in the world, and our portfolio of services has evolved to extend our Issuer Services into equity and entity governance services for companies both public and private worldwide. Careers in Issuer Services could mean anything from assisting shareholders with their portfolios, enabling access to global markets, or helping clients deliver on their equity and entity compliance requirements everywhere they operate. **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Specialist on our Document Services team, you'll be responsible for: * Receiving, sorting, and organizing large quantities of legal papers and government documents * Reviewing court and state agencies documents for pertinent information * High-volume data entry, scanning, and processing of documents * Preparing outgoing mail of documents using various mail carriers * Performing general administrative and other job functions as assigned * Troubleshooting issues or returning documents incorrectly delivered to us **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
